Enjoying your content very much. The video editing is great and I really appreciate the information and history of towns you visit or pass through. Stay safe and continue delivering the ride content.
Thank you for the video Nel & Wife ( I do not know her name- sorry) . I miss this state so much,Thanks again for the awesome video. You do great work Nel
Hay I just want to say I enjoy your videos so much. I really appreciate the way you edit your content and give viewers informative info concerning the areas you travel through. I live in Forest City about 65 miles from Charlotte. I would love to join you on a ride in the future. Until my wife recovers from a major surgery I am staying at home taking care of her. It's looking like November before I will be able to take a day trip on the bike. Keep the videos coming and be safe out there. God bless
Another good ride. I like how you include a little bit of history behind a location. When did you actually do this ride? Gas was cheap and temps looked cool. I did some of this in June - the Linn Cove Viaduct visitor’s center was closed down - looked permanently. 226A did not disappoint, but don’t go to Little Switzerland on Tues/Wed because the shops are closed on those days! Great riding in western NC - I went back recently to ride Cherohala/Dragon etc. Love it out there.
Thx so much for watching! Geuss you can tell I like Amer History. I did the ride 8/26/24. Thx for fyi about L'll Switz hrs. I ride the US 129 annually! Going back in Oct.
Nel B - nice ride! This is my home turf now! I moved down here from Charlotte 2.5 years ago, and I don't miss the traffic up there. I like riding around these rural roads. You all have some nice bikes! I live on the other side of Lake Wateree and I ride past the Beaver's Den as I circumnavigate the route around the lake. It takes about an hour and a half. I'm a Panthers fan and I didn't know that DeAngelo had property down here; thanks for including that bit of info. You did a good job narrating some of the history of the places you rode through. Maybe I'll see you on my ride at some point if you come back - although I think y'all would probably look down and scoff at me for riding a vintage Kawasaki Spectre 550. But it's mine and I like it.
Hey Doc A!, thx for watching vid! We are a group of friends that enjoy riding and good food! We like all 2 - 3 wheel rides so you'd be welcome riding with us! If you're on FB look me up! Nelson Britt
Enjoyed the video. Really good content of friends just getting out and sharing fellowship on the ride. That's what it's all about. Doesn't matter what you ride, just ride. Safe miles to you Amigo.
Great ride and video content, especially seeing your friend riding on the same bike that I purchased last year which is a 2022 Honda Rebel CMX1100 DCT. I have done quite a few modifications to my bike, for instance I added a Memphis Shades Batwing Fairing, saddlebags, Two Brothers slip on exhaust, bar end mirrors and a few other upgrades. It was great to see a brother riding that particular bike, because It’s something I don’t see too often. I happen to love my bike. Your ride was very scenic, traffic free and good times with great friends and some awesome bikes!! Cool vibes. 🙏🏾😎👍🏾✌🏾
Thx for watching! Yes, the new Rebel spilled up on me...I knew about the old style, but man it's a beautiful, styled bike now and with custom options it can be whatever you want it to be!
Nice! Great video! Living outside of Winston-Salem, I ride 421 to N. Wilkesboro then jump on 18 all the way through Sparta until it hooks up with 89 then down to Mt. Airy as a weekend ride. I stop at Freeborne's for lunch all the time. During the quarantine, they were closed but the place across the street you come up on first, was open and you could get take out to eat on their picnic tables.
@@BrittNelson1 Oh yes! Many times. I can take 89 from the BRP almost to my backyard. I'll ride through Mt. Airy and follow it all the way to Danbury and into Walnut Cove where I'll jump on 311 and home. 89 has some nice sweeping curves but they had a landslide just above where route 8 intersects last winter and it's been closed for a stretch through there since.
Great video! This is my first time seeing one of your videos.👍🏻I live in Huntersville and would love to tag along on one of your rides. I ride an ‘84 FLH, so I might not complete the ride but would love to try.
@@BrittNelson1I’m not on FB. But I’d like to come ride. Y’all strike me as Christian folk that love riding and enjoy good fellowship…kind of hard to find these days. Very refreshing.
@@BrittNelson1 we did! Did New River last year, it was great. Wish I lived closer to western NC. Heading that way again next week to ride Cherohala, the dragon, and a few others.
Thx so much KW! I'm so thankful for your support of my Channel and our new friendship on and off the bike! Thank you for reaching out to me and riding with me! Looking fwd to our next ride!
Hello Nel-B , new licensed motorcycle driver here (days old)from New York. Thank you for your videos and beautiful scenery. We would love to ride these roads. Thank you again.
Hello, and I'm excited for your new chapter of life on 2-wheels! Practice safe operation of your cycle each time out and enjoy the experience of riding. Thanks for watching my videos and let's get out and ride!
I live over in Shelby, NC. My favorite ride is thru Kings Mountain State Park, Kings Mountain National Park, then the Crowders Mountain State Park, then back roads north of US Hwy 74 back home. Its only 45 to 50 miles, but lots of scenery and not a lot of traffic.
I got there Friday night it was my first time doing Boone Bike Rally and first time at Dan'l Boone Restaurant. Can't recall seeing you but if I ever make it back I'll take time to say, "Hello"
I welcome a ride together! I'm headed to the Diamondback - Devil's Whip off the Blue Ridge Parkway Saturday morning. Would you like to join in? Are you on FB?
