Come to think of it "Then Came You" also premiered on Cinemax. Which Maisie did while she was on one of the FEW GOOD things the loser parent network had, "Game of Thrones."
Once again Cinemax has always stomped HBO in everything, hit premiere movies, such as "GoodFellas" (remains with Cinemax to this day since 1991, has never been on HBO ever), "The Super," "My Cousin Vinny," "The Godfather Part III," "The Sweetest Thing," "X-Men," "Home Alone 3," with Talia Shire and her bros' tough mothafucka, Selma Blair :) <3 <3, superior graphics, superior feature presentation intros, super ratings bumpers (Tony Clark > HBO's MPAA ratings voiceover from 1994 - 1997, and from 1999 - 2006 again), music videos, which they aired in the 90s, music events, superior more popular original programming/movies. HBO only joined in 1999. Cinemax has had it since. Cinemax hates its lame parent company, for good reason. HBO's only edge is sports, and even then it's not indigneous to the network either. Much like how UPN stomped The WB in the ratings all 11 years.
Ridiculous that the other one has ads in it. Hopefully this one doesn't. If so, I'll always watch this one. Thanks! PS: Oh wow, he's saying different things in this one.
9:13 A comment for the ages. He is so right. There are those who are open about their political leanings and those who are too ignorant or too scared to admit to them, even though they are clear as day to everyone else. Great demonstration by Goldwin of the latter type.
One of the few directors who never once looked through the camera while filming. . . No eye piece, no monitor. . . He had everything planned just how he wanted it and trusted his crew to follow every detail.
That’s largely true, and it’s a claim he made often, but like much of the received wisdom regarding Hitchcock it isn’t really accurate. A number of photographs clearly show him looking through the viewfinder. But it’s true that many of his DPs and other crew members said that his knowledge of lenses allowed him to uncannily estimate the borders of the camera’s view.
I think Warren was a way better guitarist. They should have brought him back when Andy left. I actually liked the 3 member Duran Duran more lol. I miss those days. Sorry.
