The Skateboard Mag started in 2004 when some respected industry veterans wanted to create an outlet true to skateboarding. They began with these clear goals: use its staff's vast experience in skateboarding and skateboard media to raise the bar in photography, writing, and design; connect directly with skaters through core skateshops, events, and promotions; and showcase the best and newest in skateboarding. These goals still hold true today but now benefit from a renewed sense of focus and emphasis on modern media habits. Simply put, The Skateboard Mag is skateboarders working together for skateboarding. With that in mind, the rest (and best) will follow.
The way he idolizes his favorite pro skaters is badass. He truly loves skateboarding and the friendships along the way and either making or breaking...facts...seen this dude skate in person a few times now
Dude I love corey....I may not skate anymore but you best believe I have a solid set up for the occasional skate session. Lol I used idolize corey when i was 15 and 16. Even had the fucking pleasure and memory of him and stehr, all the creature dudes, the nuge, chilling in the hotel room after the demo and the whole fucking time me and stehr are going back and forth roasting each other and he is funny as fuck. Corey is so right about having fun with skateboarding and not caring how the hotel is cause I was one of those ones on the floor sleeping when the lights went off. I don't think they did go off though
Man! I used to skate with this man and his brother when he was 12 years old in Trenton. He was always such a badass.. we saw Flip one time and they invited him to skate with them. So glad to see this.
