Hi, what is this community called? I am confused between buying a home in Breckenridge Forest(Springs) and Flagstone(Humble), any suggestions or recommendation would be appreciated. I have no kids and work from home, so basically i am willing to get a home which will give me the most appreciation in short term

Remember that when you are 70 lol. Why I’m ready to move. 3 story townhouse inside the loop fifth ward I’ve almost tripled my money but it’s time to go into a one story with no stairs when you’re 70 stairs is the last thing you want in a big yard you don’t want that either.
Of course, katy isd and cy-fair banks have some of the best schools according to my clients and online resources. Good question! It is the area where the 2 car garage is suppose to be, but right now it is a sales office, and that is the reason I do not show it in the video. The model home you see here will be up for sale soon but they will convert the sales office area back into a 2 car garage.
Your camera angles need to change. You never back off and show the whole room where you can see from floor to ceiling at one time. It is irritating and makes me want to stop watching.
Rooms are tiny…but if the buyer hates ANY type of clutter then this home is perfect! Everything must be in place otherwise the home will seem not tidy…and not spacious.
Beautiful home. I would suggest looking through the camera as you film so we can see what you see. We sometimes didn’t get the whole picture of the room.
I also find the upstairs rooms to be extremely small like the Jack and Jill restaurant. I don’t even understand why there isn’t two sinks, and possibly honestly two different showers two different toilets. Those sinks in that restroom for the Jack and Jill is perfect for I have children that are under the age of three and they’re going to stop growing by the time they’re 11.👀😂 like what are you gonna do when your child is 14 and 18 or 14 and 16 and they need more space than a four year old? I just don’t think the floor plan is very inviting. The best parts of this house are literally the backyard and the upstairs game room area.
