Mrs. Wang (Wang Tai)/PhD Candidate, is not a professional chef, nor has she ever been a full-time housewife. Over the years, she has been working in the study of foreign language teaching pedagogies and learning strategies. Although it takes much time to prepare meals, watching the family finish all the food on the table is very rewarding.

Mr. Wang, is not a professional photographer, nor has he been in film production. He was in the field of IC design for decades; at the end of 2022, he started recording our daily life, and what Wang Tai was making in the kitchen; he used to be very busy at work but he would try to have dinner with his family.

Mr. Wang Jr., is now a college student, majoring in computer science. "What’s for dinner today?" is the question he asks Wang Tai every day.

Any recipe on the channel is our family favorite, so we’d like to share it with you. Thanks for watching our videos. Please like, and subscribe to our channel.

哈囉,你好👋!亞麻籽粉更好,容易吸收裡面的omega-3和養分。我的經驗是:亞麻籽粉在麵包裡不需那麼多水份,可以把配方中的50g水拿掉,試一試。謝謝觀賞,祝做麵包成功!

看起來很好吃,假日早上來試試看,不過酪梨從營養學上來看其實是歸類在脂肪類,不是水果類,但是是好的脂肪吃了很健康

哈囉,你好👋!主要是洋蔥100克,蒜頭只有3-4顆調味用,影片中也提到這兩樣材料是我用來烤南瓜,增加不同香味的!希望我有回答到你的問題。謝謝觀賞。

哈囉,你好👋!我的經驗可以的,那就是標準的老麵饅頭囉!跟做麵包一樣,饅頭麵團塑性完,在休息至少6小時以上在蒸饅頭。祝成功!謝謝觀賞。

我沒用氣炸鍋做這個麵包,第一直覺是得一次只能做1/4~1/5的量,因為氣炸鍋底不如烤盤大,烤出來也不是影片中能捲三明治的長方形麵包;還有氣炸鍋容量較小,溫度控制也是另一個影響的原因。希望我有回答到你的問題。:)

有些細節主語被省略了,往往聽不太明白,例如反覆看才確定是「小黃瓜瀝出水」,而「小黃瓜是否正反面都要切」? 則不太確定... 謝謝演示簡單料理!

每人口味不同 愛好不同,用糖也是一個奇招。 不過加了糖就不太健康啦!檸檬水太多了 (可能因為太酸才用糖),又不是做糖醋酪梨)可以加一湯匙橄欖油 或有機希臘酸奶,避免糖才健康。
