If you compare them at c0 chlorine will be better at DPS role but for Raiden could be sub-dps and enabler role but both can put in many team so it' depend on what you want between pure DPS or the diversity eletro like raiden

I really wanted to play this Lynette team but i don't have C6 Lynette (only pulled 3 copies and all the rest were freaking Xiangling's) and don't have C6 Faruzan either and won't be pulling on the current banner because i don't want Baizhu or Wanderer cons and im on guaranteed 53 pity (after failing to get Arlecchino) and plan on saving it for Alhaitham or maybe start hard saving for C2 Murata/Pyro Archon & Columbina. I do have a C2 Furina and C2 Xianyun though.
