Hello, i am from Bangladesh. I am 21 years old but still i am not using any skincare products. Just use sunscreen. My skin is oily and before every period i got some pimple and thats why i have some spot in my face. I am a students and its hard for me to pay for expensive products. So Can you please guide or recommend me some affordable products especially moisturizer and cleansing oil please.
For acne-prone skin, I recommend cleansing milk over cleansing oil, as oil can sometimes cause more breakouts if not fully rinsed. Period-related acne is usually due to hormonal changes, so be extra careful with cleansing during your cycle. Avoid overdoing double cleansing and balance with mildly acidic and alkaline cleansers. If your skin feels too oily, try a gel moisturiser, but also a moisturiser with ceramides is great for dry weather. Most importantly, don’t stress, eat well, and get enough sleep :) Try drinking warm tea to help with circulation before and during your period.
