They buy a lot of ore from peru. They have been for quite a while now. I watched a documentary on Silver Mountain, and it's about tapped dry of silver but still has a lot of other base metals. China is buying it all.
I finished my Eagle Dansco Album recently. It sure is heavy. Now I'm working on a complete proof collection. Proofs are a tough one to find at good prices though.
Interesting that the collectors album, to house the American Silver Eagles, is made in China! (Check on the lower right inside the front cover to verify) Also happens to be where most of the American Silver Eagle forgeries/replicas are made too. Definitely some irony there don't you think? Never the less, some nice addittions to your album.
