Nice. Looks very expensive though. I gave up on the idea of creating my own 12V Lego train village after a minor trial and some serious math. Now I am just getting into Duplo trains instead.
@@maartenkrol4685 That's incredible! It looks like you have multiple transformers as well. Is there just one giving current to the track or are there multiple? If multiple, how did you set that up?
I’ve used three transformators: one for powering the mainline. This one is connected at multiple positions. The second one is only used for accessoiries (points, signals) and lights. The final transformator is connected to the yard section, which is electrically isolated from the mainline (by sawing a small section from the conducter-rail).
@@maartenkrol4685 Thank you. I have a lot of track, but was not sure how many sections one transformer could support. I am impressed at how well your main one did. Your trains kept moving quickly through the entire loop.
