I would dry box the cigars for a couple of days first, cut them and pour the whisky on a small plate instead of a shot glass just like you do when you season a humidor.
i love that he started the video saying "cheap food containers are just as good as branded ones" only to find out a minute later that they dont even seal and let us know that they are useless. i also like that he calls it OCD to put cigars in a box, as if there was any other way to do this. thats not OCD, you are just a fat retard:) my best part tho is still the fact that he said see you in 4 weeks...7 years ago:D
Curious if any type of alcohol would work. I have been wanting to experiment with some whiskey and rum for sure but I also wanted to try some twisted tea and other beverages I enjoy to go it a little more flavor.
@@jasonstopsign I have not attempted it yet. I am currently working with some Black velvet apple. So far the shot of whiskey is going down but rather slowly at that
That was interesting and something to keep in mind! My initial thought is, I will just enjoy a glass of whisky or brandy or port with my cigar😊. I buy all my cigars from Havana Castle! Klaus
Just like putting sauce on a Sirloin, to make an inferior steak palatable. If you won't pay the price difference for a good cigar. There is no harm in saucing up those dog rockets, to make them taste different.
🔴🔴🔴 Pardon my ignorance in asking this question.... I have always watched cigar collectors and affectionados keep their cigars in humidors to protect and age their tobacco. Now my question concerns their blending the different brands in the same system box. I think by mixing the cigars in the same humidor will change the flavoring tastes by the time when one selects one to smoke. So then how can we get the true taste since each is feeding and withdrawing flavors from all the other stored in the box? Shouldn’t each brand have its own humidor?
So it's really that easy damn I've been having a hell of a time trying to find the ones I use to smoke they were vinilla cream ones boy were they good I wish u could find them again
@@mdauer more mellowed out. Not too noticeable a difference probably because they are already sweet. I did this once with a Monte Cristo #4 and some cognac and the difference was more pronounced
amazing video, i wanted to buy some cheap cigars and make my own mix of flavors. cloves, cinnamon, coffee, honey, scotch, bourbon, cognac some natural weeds(not that weed) and things like that. thank you very much for this one
So I'm thinking the cigars in the bottom will have all the taste cause u didn't lift the cigars up with anything to keep them from soaking up all the wiskey. And what about the label? Did u have any issues with placing the labels in the liquid? Just very curious how it all turned out.
what i dont understand is why people say perfect humidors and the perfect humidity levels are so important, if they're also ok for a month in a plastic container with a shotglass next to them. Either the numbers are necessary or they arent
I put chunks of chocolate fresh roasted nuts and coffee beans in the container. Then once a week i give each cigar a 1/4 turn i do that for 8 weeks they come out amazballs i get all kinds of compliments
This go round im using quarum maduro 6x60 wanted to try something new usually use anything conetticut and cheap enough that it wont hurt my feelings if they come out like crap and i toss em ill let you know how this batch comes out i got about 4 -6 more weeks
@@jamescarter5417 thanks and I know a place with house blend style for 3 bucks a stick, that's probably what i was gonna use just wanted to ask, and definitely let me know how it goes. And how many do you place in the tubaware containers
It's not your fault Mitch, it's mine - for being stupid enough to take your advice despite my better judgement. Have the decency to take this video down please.
Can you help me with flavoring? I want to know how to do it correctly. I dont really have knowledge in the cigar world. Im basically trying to make a grape or vanilla flavored fronto leaf 2 roll with. How would i do that?
Flavoring your cigars? Who does this? No one know. Flavored cigars are for women and if i saw someone ruining good cigars like this I'd take them away. Hows that toy store coming? Did you ever get Woody back?
