Dear Sir, I am a frustrated customer of Pure EV. Despite repeated requests for repairing my battery, which is under warranty, the service center EBox Motors in Delhi is not responding to my calls. Last Saturday, I visited the showroom with my battery, but they refused to assist, stating that their technician is on leave. Additionally, the battery level shows 70%, but the vehicle stops and does not start again. I have to recharge it fully to make it run. I showed it at the showroom in Dilshad Garden, and they said the voltage is dropping and told me they would put it in their machine to correct the issue. However, this has not been done till now. The technician is on leave for the whole month. Since June 28th, I have been trying to resolve this problem, but it remains unresolved. They have not provided a replacement battery to use in the meantime. I am wondering how this business can run with this kind of service. Please take the necessary action to resolve this issue at the earliest possible. Thank you. Jacob Kutty
