Znowu, na wiele lat rozgrzebiecie budową fajne miasto, tylko po to, żeby wybudować tam trochę powierzchni dla biur i sklepów. Bo mieszkania tam byłyby za drogie dla normalnych ludzi. A bogaci mają do wyboru inne lokalizacje.
I visited the exhibition with my 8-year-old son, who dreams of becoming an architect. It was a great opportunity to have an in-depth discussion about sustainable architecture. Thank you.

Cambodia Airport Investment, a joint venture 90 percent owned by Overseas Cambodia Investment Corporation (OCIC), one of the country's largest real estate developers, and 10 percent by the government's State Secretariat of Civil Aviation, plans to invest the $1.5 billion to construct the new airport. The OCIC will invest US$280 million, while unspecified "foreign banks" will provide US$1.1 billion in funding. The OCIC will own 90 per cent of the shares in the completed airport, with the rest going to the SSCA While the construction plans are still in the early stages of development, the 4F class airport will be capable of handling large long-haul aircraft and will reportedly cover an area of around 2,600 hectares, which would make it one of the largest airports in the world.
What is wrong with the current Phnom Penh Airport? NOTHING!!! Only 3.5 million people visited the city last year. This project is to line the Chinese government and Cambodian politicians' pockets, however, ordinary Cambodians will remain poor. WRONG PRIORITIES. 🤑🤑🤑🤑
@@malekkk5361 You cannot even build your own airport or operate it. Why do you think suddenly millions of people will visit this city? Because of the new airport? Have you ever heard of King Fahd International Airport (the biggest airport in the world) but only 9 million visited last year? Ok, Saudi Arabia can pay all the losses they are very wealthy. They can show the world their wealth and power, but in Cambodia what is your main income? Making cheap garments, and subsistence farming. Your country is still one of Asia’s poorest countries.
@@leng_pich Cambodia = A rice farmer on $5 a day who cannot drive but wants an expensive car parking outside his hut to show his neighbours or passersby how rich he is, even though he is unable to drive or pay off the debt.
Cambodia recieved 7 million tourists pre pandemic so it’s hoping to increase. Also, the old airport could not handle newer and bigger planes so flight options from other countries were limited. I agree with your statement, but this could definitley increase accesibility or transform pnh into a hub for airlines to stop by.
