I appreciate your efforts! 🙏 Just a small off-topic question: 😅 I have a set of words 🤷♂️. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). I’d be grateful for some help. 🙌
Great content, as always! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
All factors held constant, how do you determine depreciation? By linear depreciation, flight cycles or airframe flight hours, or all, or whichever is higher?
I'm definitely only a "charter a jet" kind of guy mostly for convenience but I would be interested in the purchase of a like-new Aircraft Post mouse pad if available.
whats the strategy with this microcontent? please look into alex hormozi... he went into "infotainment" then realized his viewers don't like it and went back to long form
You point a lot with your finger. At the viewer and in general. It’s a tell of your commitment to what you are saying at the moment. I like it and find it charming. It’s part of how real people communicate. I hold my hands up.
How does the performance of the PW engines compare to the Rolls Royce engines on the gulfstreams? Which ones are superior? How about the new peral engines?
It comes down to the size of your business and the ride off you can have on your tax bill... The accounting team should be your best department you need to be close to in order to make the smart decision. As a business tool, losing 20/40% only after few years of the value of this time machine comes down purely on the Time you gain Vs the Reduction of your Tax bill. Often there is a sweet spot around 2/3y pre-owned when you are lucky enough to find a Jet owned by a distressed business owner
For me the hardest part on evaluating preowned are the looming TBO, C checks, gear overhaul, interior and paint that’s required to keep them going. When you add up all those for a 15 year old plane you better have 3-5 million set aside for that on top of the purchase price.
when i consult my acquisition clients, based on the current status of the specific aircraft we can then back out the major inspections amortized over X years of ownership, therein generating an hourly rate of Y
I missed the punchline too. Are you saying buy a 5 year old vs new is better? Just not sure the economic advantages based on his video. The payout schedule it was obvious that used was better as your money could be used somewhere else making money.
ok I think he saying the 550 is better because longer range 15m cheaper and get it now. unless the added speed and side yoke is worth waiting 2 years for at 50m
@@domcp711 but what are those C checks going to cost and interior upgrades. Still better I guess. Plan on another 3 million for paint interior and a c check
Jets, yachts, motorhomes, camp trailers, jet skiis, wake board boats, vacation homes are all gonna be dumped on the market soon. And everyone that bought during the pandemic is gonna lose big!.
