Ohmyglob thank you. This video helped me like a ridiculous amount. I have a question though. So if I want the camera to pan in on an entire scene, I put everything in the camera folder? I tried this and it worked but now that animation is very choppy. Is there another way? The playback is in real time, the volume is at 100 and the audio file works on its own but it still won’t play in clip paint 😭 idk what to do now 😭😭

the thing i hate abt csp is how much better it would be if keyframes had a free transform / mesh transform option. they have been able to put this opportunity to add this feature in the program for like 3 years now

Why is my pixel are exporting blurry when I use these methods?

Lets say I drew and keyframed the frog in your example but I wanted to add a buddy. Could I duplicate the folder that contains the frog as well as its keyframes and move it next to the original? I'm trying to do exactly that, but the keyframe positions seem to be based on the image's original position at the time of keyframing, and repositioning it in the canvas breaks the animation.

I dont get the point of them. if you duplicate your layer you can just do the same corrections tho? like I really don't see the difference

Thank you SO much. I struggle with perspective a lot. For some reason my brain refuses to grasp the concept of things in space the moment I try to think it through in more technical ways. I can draw a realistic portrait just fine if I just think "yes. Drawing human face. we good." but the moment I try to think of the facial features as the simplified boxes and spheres that they are and try to tilt whatever I'm drawing so it isn't 100% aligned with the reference anymore my brain completely shuts down, but I KNOW I have to get a grasp on perspective if I ever want to progress with my art. I know it'll help me to be able to work more freely and not rely on the perfect reference for everything because I'll be able to manipulate objects in space in my head. I've almost given up in complete frustration just now and then I found your video. I couldn't figure out how the perspective rulers worked and what they even did in CSP. Maybe playing around with them might help me to get a better grasp of it all. Again thank you so much.
