I might look at Foxel knives. I have talked with the Co-owner because he includes his personal cell phone number on the box and does respond and he is from my extended conversations with him a good down to earth guy that knows what he is doing. I have purchased 5 knives from them, and I can solidly say I have no issues giving them as gifts. They are easily some of the best knives at their price point and John is great to work with. I do work in a commercial kitchen have handled, used, own, and sharpened a good number of higher end knives($80+), and the knives from Foxel are extremely good value and could most certainly go for more money than they do. I have paid for them with my own money and I even had reached out to John because I was impressed with the quality of Foxels knives. Sincerely, JS
If you are ever needing another knife or wanting to try out another knife, look at Foxel knives. By the way, how has the edge held up on the knife you got from Mad Shark? Sincerely, JS
@@TrustinChrist-truthseeker the knife I got has held up well for my purpose but the problem I had was that when I ordered mine off Amazon they sent me the wrong item. The one that I ordered came with a finger guard for your other hand and I wanted it because I’m partially paralyzed on my left side. And when they sent me the wrong one again they just refunded me my money. I’ll just never buy their knives again
I take umbrage at the notion that Le Creuset are mere casserole pots, but they ARE handy in the kitchen. They're very expensive, but they permit you to cook damn near anything and, let's be honest, they're just PRETTY, aren't they?
That is toooooo big. Beautiful though. I have a 5 quart and wish it was 3 quart. Great video, love the enthusiasm. Every one who can cook and appreciates quality dishes has a Dutchy in the kitchen. It's a brilliant invention, nothing you can't make in it. I think it's one of those things you spend your life experimenting with and using it in various ways.
Don't you exaggerate a little on the nit knowing what speed to choose . Whipping at 7 (Max) on Hamilton best guess is fast on the other one just order the Hamilton. I'll see. Not saying what you say is not true but the all speed clueless sounds a little not super smart
I've seen other reviews on the Hamilton Beach as well. It seems like it is best or close to the best for it's price point. I'm sure the KItchen Aid and other higher priced mixers are better but they cost two or more likely three times as much.
Start with Cookin and Grillin with AB, he absolutely will apply the basics of using the Dutchy. You'll be experimenting for years. Congrats on the new Dutchy, been around since 1700s because with a steamer basket in it you can steam. You can bake, cook, stew, boil. It's so handy and great.
That looks yummy! Greetings from the UK.Its nice to see you cooking with Worcestershire sauce, the city Worcester UK is only 44 minutes from where I live! 😊
Hi can you do something on sourcing the correct beef cuts for this dish, mainly in uk (supermarkets?). I've had trouble trying to match US recipes as they always mention "chuck steak" etc. but Whatever i have used ends up like rubber balls. .. cheers
Umm, I do believe that size dutch oven is closer to $300 and maybe slightly cheaper on an aggressive sale. Also it will eventually chip badly if you hit the rim with your metal spoon like that. It’s durable, but don’t abuse it. Yeah…I love cooking in it because everything does somehow taste gorgeous, and no it doesn’t look like sludge. It’s food porn, oui.
This is supposed to be the 2 best? One got all the praise and the other seems to be a piece of crap! Judging by the video there is only one decent mixer under $100, is that right?
I'm looking for good info before purchasing "inexpensive" stand mixer. This reviewer is so biased from the go that left me with more questions than answers. I really do not care about the brand but more so on the performance and honest unbiased review. What about the dough kneading capability?
Clearly, there are many reasons not to buy the Cheftronic, but as far as selecting speeds, was the included(?) manual no help? It didn't have a function/speed chart of ANY sort?
Thank you very much!! Like everyone, I'd love to go out and drop $400+ on a Kitchenaid and have a truly powerful mixer with ample optional tools you can add on. Sadly, I'm not able to spend that kind of money right now so your video suggested a favorite another channel did in their top 5. It clearly wasn't the Cheftronic. LOL Thanks again!
I appreciate this video because I don't have the need for something like a kitchenaid for a once or twice a year use. But for these prices, I could store until my needs arise.
I don't work with delonghi, but I can tell you from what I have read that this answer is no. I believe that a machine for a cafe would cost around 15,000.
