What did I do wrong? It didn’t ask me to do a camera test and audio test so I’m not sure what I missed. I just finished my test, but I’m not sure if I turned on the camera and microphone since it didn’t ask for it. With another professor, I had to do a camera and microphone test, so I’m a bit confused today. my camera was off or on?
My problem with Kaltura capture is neither of this, it works just fine, but the volume is so low it sounds mute. My classmates and professor couldn't hear me, they had to rely on the captions which were not overall clear anyway. How do I fix the volume issue with Kaltura?

My Lockdown tells me I need to close an application, but no close icon pops up and I can’t find what it is talking about to close it. It’s called Enable Virtual Desktop if that helps. I’m very new to computers so sorry if this was a dumb question! Windows btw
I'm having an issue when I attempt to embed my video into Canvas discussions. Under my media, my camera is recorded over my presentation no problem. But when I embed the video and press play in the thread, my camera is not there and all that shows up in my presentation and audio. Any tips for this?

Thumbs down from the get-go. You have gone so fast!!! that I had to replay the first 30 seconds over and over. You talk about desktop, computer, phone, and ipad and switch back and forth. The problem with you Tech "people" is you forget about the huge population/demographic where computer technology is so new to them. Otherwise, you'd probably be a good teacher.
I use a Mac and no matter what I've done I keep getting the same error message. Reading: Error: Unable to continue - the browser failed to retrieve user information from the server (PENDING), I have the turned off sharing as showed in video, tried different connection networks, force quit all applications, deleted and redowloaded, updated computer, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
What version of macOS are you running? Also, make sure the log in info you're putting in is correct. What I like to do is open Notes and type my password so I can see it and make sure I'm typing it correctly.
Being a yr 7 in high school and had no help with doing this it’s not going to be done unless my dad finally helps I have no clue what to do and I’m literally crying. 😭

I have 2 phones, installed authenticatior on both phones, added github to both accounts, both generate different codes. Heck after removing the GitHub account, I relaunched the app and now one authenticatior has GitHub the other doesn’t. It is insanely frustrating, anyway to solve this?
Hi Lucas. Are you asking if you can have the same accounts on each Authenticator? If so, yes. So, I have an employee account, a student account, and my XBOX account set up in Authenticator on my phone and my iPad. When I log in with either of those, it'll send the code to all of my devices that have the MA app installed. Let me know if that answers your question.
Hi Sur, I jumped into a case when a student clicks "Play" a recording, no password is revealed to copy, nothing appears, only navigate the user to another tab and requires password
Thank you for posting this video tutorial because for the life of me I have done all those steps on my PC and every time I attempt to start my quiz through the Lockdown browser after sign-in my PBSC Credential it closes the window in the middle of the Quiz stating "Virtual Machine" detected I don't have any of that running on my PC. I even went as far as deleting the McFee security software. Can you help?
Hi Olive. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? If you're on a laptop, you could bring it in and maybe we can look to see what's causing it to do that. You could try calling the PBSC IT Service desk at 561.868.4000 and see if they know what might be causing that. You could also try Respondus Tech Support on this page: support.respondus.com/hc/en-us I've only seen this issue 3 times and I haven't been able to figure out why it happens.
