I love listening to Louis Hay, I lost myself of who I am do to trauma, people controlling me, abuse. She helps me to practice self love, get myself back, if u practice every day it starts to work..
Tired when the world is made for two incomes but you've done it for 40 years and now the rents are so high you got to go to HUD for help and they make the process so hard like a roller coaster and you can't move your in your car in between and you're supposed to love yourself and you've gotten all your dignity taken away from you from these people in these places to feed somebody else's family
It's so hard even if we do our absolute best to work hard and be kind to others we still end up broken and falling apart 💔😭 Louise Hay please help me live again 🙏
