We are a small community of French and Danish AFOLs (Adults Fans of Lego) and cinema lovers/film enthusiasts, who make brickfilms for fun - and for entertainment purposes only.
Brickfilms are stop motion films made using Lego bricks and Lego minifigures (mostly). We usually film at 25 fps (=frames per seconds), meaning that a 5-minute animation requires 7,500 images!
Currently, we mainly use a Canon EOS70D DSLR camera to take the photos for our films. When we started making brickfilms over 15 years ago, we used a SD Sony camera recorder, so you can imagine that the image quality was not the best...!

Holy cow!! stop-motion adventure films can be really difficult because they require a much more complex script than most of the "war films." That said, you nailed it! Lighting, timing, camera angles, little comic skits, all of it was excellent. I to am waiting for part 2, but take your time. If it's going to be better than this you've got a really big goal ahead if you! Well done!
This was beautifully well crafted, what was the material used for the ground it looks actually really good. I might consider adding that to my Lego city, I think it’s dope.
Thanks ☺️ How the ground was made: use a polystyrene board as base, then cover with some PVA glue mixed with water, and sprinkle with flock made of sand and tiny stones (you can buy this in a Games Workshop/Warhammer shop, or any hobby/model kit shop), then let it dry for a day. Then paint with acrylic colours.
