I was born there and my family's been there since 1900 the place turned into a s*** hole why are they putting those cement flower pots in the streets used to be able to park anywhere you wanted they keep putting up curb extensions and sway outs and flower pots and obstruction circles you know they've really messed it up
People in Portland call that “old town.” And that is only the worst pocket of the city. Not all of Portland is like that. That area was always seedy. Even when I was a little kid. You are only showing the worst part of Downtown and making it seem like the entire place is like Detroit. That isn’t true at all.
Being a 17 yo that’s lived on 82nd my entire life I can say within the years I’ve seen it this place went to shit you can’t even go outside anymore without seeing someone tweaking out or just women selling there’s bodies is sad and area with the lack of law being enforced

Is it street walkers around that area of SW? I know it's a cheap looking motel in that area, and I've seen some girls outside of Gspot a bit further down barbur half naked, but I have seen any obvious street walkers in that plaza you filmed.

Prostitution should be legal, if a woman wanted to sleep with an entire bar of guys and not get paid it’s fine… but asked to get paid and it is illegal? Also it would make it safer for the women, take the trafficking out of it since crimes could be reported. And the government could make taxes off of it.
