Hi Eric, thanks for this video! I was wondering if you knew what happens notification-wise when deactivating and unassigning an AP - is any notification sent to the end users? Would you know where I can find these settings?
I do not know I there is an option for sending emails for deactivating APs. Sine you can deactivate and keep the assignments that have been made, no email would be required. If deactivated and the assignments are removed, I could see the desire for notification. If there is one, it should be in System Administration -> Manage email. "Notify Learner of Learning Plan changes" may send this notification if it is activated, but I am not certain of that.
@ilyasGENCTURK, when creating an Assignment Profile, you can connect that to a Library. Go to the Library tab when creating the profile. Users ability to see will depending on their profile.

I am scripting a video on Security Domains now, but since the team I work with is new to SuccessFactors and works more closely with the learners than with our HR team, I am most likely going to work back to what a NEW SuccessFactors administrator needs to know, and once that library is built, do more on the Information Technology side. Their needs are scheduling and delivering training and recording compliance. I appreciate the feedback and have flagged this request, but it may be a while until I get to it.
