Why does a single person need such a big house? Since she is not considering having a family or roommates. So much maintenance! And I smiled when she insisted on a master retreat to escape from stress. Sweetie, you live by yourself, you can escape stress anywhere in your whole house!
This guy was too fixated on location, forgetting that as time goes by he might enjoy being a bit further out from where all the action is. Besides, the other house wasn’t far away at all. What is the issue with walking an extra couple of blocks honestly?
That is a beautiful house with awesome original features !🥰 I don't feel they can appreciate it, and keeping the soul in this lady 🏡 Wonder why they didn't do something about the house on the outside, like a fresh coat of paint... Amd what did they do with the rooms upstairs ?🧐 I'm curious to know where in life those guy's are now!? 💯
I can't belive they pulled the "unrealistic" card on this couple. I mean... their budget is not USD 100.000..... their budget is more than ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!!! Come the f on! What's unrealistic is you saying that! They should have said something else to justify the reno!
I don't understand why they don't get a surveyor in, to check for all these possible problems, before they let them make the decision of buying the house????
