I was recently blessed with a trip to Isla mujeres and got to see Ixchel's sacred site. It was hands down the most divinely feeling place I have ever been. I felt like I was coming home. I was unaware of the Goddess Ixchel before I went there. So many things that represent her are things that I have been doing most of my life. I use healing herbs, weave on a loom and I am an advocate of so many of the things she represents. I know now that I was drawn to the island to be introduced to her. If you have not been there I highly recommend it.
