How do you know LEGO DC is dead? The team confirms it isn't. It's just marketing decision and they can't have tie-ins to flops. They are making a better choice compared to both Funko! Pop and McFarlane Toys.
Hello!! Been a while it’s the legojedi, and I’m making a new post soon! If you wana see a hint of it u can see on my community board ! Hope you can see the video when it’s out:)
If wb- who doesn't have an interest in atracting a kids group- is partialy or largeley to blame then I don't think even Batman can save dc at this point. Dc lego at this point is over to me and I look for the old figures at various lego stores that have older legos.
Short answer: No. LEGO DC is not dead. Right now in 2024, they started to make LEGO Batman: The Animated Series sets. I’d like to argue that the peak of LEGO DC is happening right now as the Batman Animated series is the best version of Batman and they are making it into LEGO now. The new LEGO Gotham City set is the best Batman set we’ve ever gotten
@@-thatonecuber- Unfortunately those prints don’t exist (I custom made them) and the mask pieces don’t exist in those colors. But his face print is Sheldon Cooper from the Big Bang Theory IDEAS set and the legs are just plain black. And the torso is just a slightly modified Spider-Man Noir torso. You could find those on BrickLink Edit: Also, those two ninja mask pieces overlap, so they can’t properly go together with physical LEGO :/
@@Weekly.Bricks :/ Thank you for telling me. I’m trying to build DEMA in Lego, and I’ve been trying to construct minifigures- probably the hardest part, considering the pieces for the bishops would be hard- specifically the veil they wear. Again, thank you!
Lego DC is definitely not dead... It's just the fact that DC doesn't have any appealable movies at the moment to market sets towards. Lego batman animated series is really solid. Batman is their biggest icon- makes sense.
I disagree that DC is dead. Maybe you could go interview Mark Statford himself to confirm it isn’t. Both AshnFlash and MiniSuperHeroesToday interviewed him and he says they are still making DC.
Please go support my set on LEGO Ideas! Let's get it to 10K supporters so it can be reviewed and considered to become a real LEGO set! ideas.lego.com/s/p:f06b546739904a43ada4cfef3ee28f05
