@@The-Baum oh - thank you for that reply - i hope i didn’t sound mean - rather i meant to be helpful. The sounds of the birds and their wings is rather lovely and music is such a personal thing. I have just posted about my garden birds on my ‘other’ channel - The Last Homely Garden - and i use music from Epidemic Sound - and only now and then - I don’t think Ive got it right - or better than you - I just know I didn’t watch the rest of your video when the music started to annoy me and that’s a shame because the birds were lovely. Don’t stop posting - get other people’s views and go with what you like and not some crabby old lady like me! Good luck!
Even tho' I was bummed that I missed out on Splash Mountain back from my Disneyland California trip in April due to having sore legs from walking around too much?? I sure had fun watching these videos of Splash Mountain alot even tho' in my unpopular opinion "Song of the South" wasn't my favorite movie much (*no offense.) And as for the 2024 retheme, I mean I'm sorta on the middle fence since even tho' I do think the retheme would take awhile for me to get use to? I was abit fond of The Princess & The Frog since imo they got one of my favorite actos/voice actors named Keith David since I know him as the voice of Goliath in Gargoyles to voice the villain named Dr. Facilier. Again, not trying to sound like I like the retheme and all but just expressing my own thoughts, that's all lol.
Just went on it last week. Now I'm home and I finally realize that was my last time on Splash Mountain before they ruin it. I think I might be a little depressed
Im happy because at the very least, in its last month or so its not in the worst condition. Everything there is as "functional" as it usually besides a few broken animatronic necks in the finale.
The one thing that’s bugged me that was broken since I guess 2018 was Brer bear not saying “there’s nothing in here but bees” before the darkened drop. That’s important to the storyline and I wish they’d have fixed it
Did the ride last Saturday, and realized it needs a bit of downtime and a face lift. The animatronics need some work, so maybe they'll take it down for refurbishment soon.

Ah--thanks. I found it in the guide as KC-135 Stratotanker. Duh! I should have looked up the info when I realized it didn't look like a C-17 from behind. The line was very long and barely moving after 30min; so I skipped the tour to go on-board.
@@The-Baum I actually took part in flight test on the C-17 out of Kelly AFB. We did a tactical decent, short takeoffs and short landings and various flight manuvers. I was in the back under the wing with my equipment taking readings, but after my phase of the test I sat up in the cockpit. It is a VERY impressive aircraft!!!
So is a tripod, sorry. I got a book on using the camera that I am now motivated to read. My camera kept wanting to focus on all the people around me as I had it in auto mode, which I changed later in the day and and was able to use spot-focusing. Also, it was my first airshow in 22 years, so I wasn't prepared to capture the right things at the right time : (
