The lady has a melodic voice and the child recognizes the sincere love intended.I have seen other very young babies respond like this. I happen to be a specialist in Child development. So I respectfully suggest, this kind of response would happen more often from young infants, if we spend quality time allowing stimulus for a mutual communication to occur. What a blessing.
