Hi this channel is for people to watch videos about hiking, in the mourne mountains. and walking trails and forests in northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Adrian, a perfect evening to head into the Mournes☀with that nice wee breeze to keep the 🦟at bay😊 Lovely light in the morning (along with all those midges😊). Lovely wee adventure👍
@@Natalieoutdoorsni I'm looking forward to your camp I'm very interested to see what flavor of pot noodle you have 🤣 Ah fuck the tarp you wanna see the tent last night wind knocked the shit out of it lol.
@@HikingandcampingwithAdrian first step would be me actually making it out for a camp yet never mind the food lol. But when I do there will be no pot noodles on mine 🤪😂
Wow some hike up there Adrian, I wouldn’t fancy going through all that fern fair play to you. Great food on the go. Loving the new tent getting a good run out ⛺️.
Another great wee vid bud! Word of warning, if those books are by author Nicholas Russell they are actually written by Paedophile priest Daniel Curran. They have been put on parked vehicles around that area for good few years now and are apparently full of sick sexual innuendo & “graphic content”, the phallic rock on the cover for starters. Google it bud.
Nice work Adrian. Ahhh muck by name muck by nature 😂, that side is a leg burner alright. I’ve often wondered on the way back up the road is there a trail the other side of the fence? Because I hate walking the roads up there myself.
Thanks Geoff 👍 yes it's definitely a leg burner that way up. I was looking but didn't see a trail looked like long grass it wouldn't be easy to walk on. It would be great if there was a boardwalk from one end to the other it would definitely be safer and more interesting to use.
@@HikingandcampingwithAdrian fair play indeed,I'm watching another great video up Bearnagh,ur the head off Stevie Mc Donald under that big wooly hat !!
Love the mournes and go up there regularly, literally on my doorstep ,and people don't give them a second look ,shame but it has got better since covid and people have started coming including some Numptys
@@Natalieoutdoorsni It's definitely my favorite mountain and best camp. I know the weather we are having now it shit but if by luck you know there's a good bit of weather coming. Then go that time the sunset and sunrise up there is class 👌
Great video Adrian. I've recently moved here, from my front windows I have a grand view of Meelmore and Meelbeg and I'm a 20 min walk away from the Happy valley car park. Your vids and others from the likes of Geoff Greenaway, Bob the Juggler, Walk watchers etc have been very useful and informative as to what is out there to to explore and enjoy. Keep up the content, it's appreciated.
@@pauld807 Thank you 👍 Ah cool lucky you id love to live next to the mournes. Having the mountains in sight from the window you can almost say the mournes is your back garden. Ah I'm glad the videos are of help thank you for watching 👌
Another great video. You cant beat a steak and spuds after a long hike, it looked good. You and Tommy make a good team, you carry it and he cooks it, lol. Looking forward to your next one as always.
Great camp again Adrian 👍. Love the change up of the food, looked lovely, fair play for carting that up. I still have to get up to meelmore for a camp.
@@GeoffGreenawayOutdoors Thanks 👍 Ah it was lovely and definitely a new one for me. But it won't happen too often 🤣 I'm on a camp tonight so I'll get watching your video later or tomorrow 👌
@@HikingandcampingwithAdrian brilliant mate, yous are getting out a right few times now, love it 👍. Have a good one and I look forward to seeing the video 🎥
@@Natalieoutdoorsni Thanks 👍 Ah yeah definitely I was thinking about taking up alive chicken. And cooking it from scratch that way I won't have to carry my dinner up it will walk up itself 🤣
@@Natalieoutdoorsni Yeah good idea I'll tell Tommy the next meal we have up the mournes. Is already up there waiting for us could make a donor kebab and lamb curry 🤣
Great show again Adrian. Thank you. Super sky up over the valley that night. Just beautiful. Shame about the midges!!!!!! They do my nut in. Thanks for sharing
Mate, those midges are a complete nightmare. I was in Annalong Forrest a few days back and got eaten alive. Love the new grill, i've been tempted to buy one of these for a few months to make toasties in. Great video as always, cant wait for the next one.
There a nightmare in every forest or low ground near water. The wee grill is brilliant there cheap on Amazon and lightweight to carry. Thank for watching 👍
I camped there many years ago. I was checking it out last weekend and hope to camp there soon. I think I will bring a bucket full of the midge repellent
@@GeoffGreenawayOutdoors I think I eat more midges than food that morning lol. The tents are great bit hard to put up if very windy. But other than that they are great very light weight and lots more room.
@@Jamiethemouse-hk8ju Google maps Errigal Mountain. It should take you straight to the carpark yes it should be easy to follow up the new path. In the dark as long as you have a good torch
