That place is in bad shape it looks like the foundation needs work to it's one of those tear it down and start new places but the property itself looks like it's nice.
Is that Jeep included in the sale? lol I was just thinking about all the weird floorplans on houses I've seen listed in SC and then you mentioned it. lol They sure built them different than up north.
Place has gone down hill big time in the last 10 years. In 2014 that place looked really well kept. wonder if someone passed? between the termite and water damage. fixer? or teardown? Wow! 65k? I'd say that's hopeful

@@29128bestplacetolive Hopefully the house will still be available in a week. Another one popped up at 133 Laverne St. in Sumter. Looks like an antenna on top of a telephone pole behind the house. I don't think I'd be interested in it though. I think the one on Columbia Cir. is a better neighborhood. Plus it's close to a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Sumter IGA and an animal hospital.
I wonder if the neighbors decided to save money on trash hauling and just dumped their stuff inside the house. All that stuff can't be from just one family. I wonder if a squatter was staying inside that locked room.
In the beginning when you pointed the camera to the roof I was going to pause and leave a "You need to get a drone so you can get better shots of the roof." comment. Glad I waited until the end. lol I wish you had done the video for 1360 Holiday Ct. in Sumter. The realtor's video wasn't the most revealing.
