with all of Ca beach front properties , 100% of them shall be are and will be subject to any wave larger than 150 feet tall? depending on the size of said wave will determine the streets or even miles that will be affected by a Tsunami resulting from the Cascadia fault release.

I've vacationed on a small private island. Cool for a couple days but I like action. Paradise island....casino, restaurants, golf course, pools with bars food hot moms.
Really beautiful!! But heavily overpriced!! Anywhere you go within the Bora Bora radius, you’ll get that same nature and beautiful water! Moreover, it would be more safe to buy in the higher (altitude) part of any island!! You’ll avoid getting swept off by a Tsunami!!
I think my biggest issue with such an island would be climate change. It is waaaay too flat and low for it to be a good spot, regardless of how beautiful it is. I would have a constant fear of some taifun or just simple water level increase over the next decade or so...and trying to prevent that would be equal to decimating the beauty of this place.
