Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

The outside diameter of main wheels are 65mm, guide wheels 38mm. Make reference to www.hammer-caster.co.jp/catalog/html5.html#page=361 Main wheels are 429S-NRB φ65 on page 326, guide wheels are 429G-N φ38 on page 324 . Main wheels have ball bearings inside. It would be interesting to see lol. I had to look closely at that tube if it’s bent 90 to flat and 90 again it would be pretty strong but it’s too hard to see exactly. I would build it out of box tube and have the sled mounted on top then you could weld angle iron down the length of it to hold the sled in place.
