So a fine example of bikes that no one will sell, buy or ever use. But damned if the larger corporations won't use this to raise prices..Cause a bike should cost 10k! Otherwise what's the point?
Never heard of this brand. Are they decent brand with customer support? Searching high and low for the best e-mtn bike for my needs. So many to choose from. I’m a heavier guy riding in SoCal. Nothing crazy. More worried about battery life and suspension
The proof in the oudding is sales. If customers shy away from hookless on safety concerns (which are valid imho) then eventually they'll have to throw in the towel. Kudos to DT Swiss for still making hooked rims on their high end products 👏
Great video, thanks ! I was thinking of applying it in an urban environment and also eliminate the need of finding trees or poles to tie it up on. My idea is that two people could climb on some elevated surfaces in the city and securely hold the two edges of the wire simultaneously with about 25m distance between them , while the camera runs. For the initial setup , one edge of the wire would be extended/carried to pointB mounted on a 3m insta360 stick (through thread ring or clip) above any people or vehicles passing by. One of the two people would remote control it to run on the wire in this case.What do you think ?
That ENVE Rep spews total BS. The only way to be 100% safe if if the tire has a wire bead and could only be installed with a special tool as is done at the tire shop same as they do with car tires. You're a fool if you think you can use a hookless tire you can install by hand and be safe.
I have checked my front hub, and I saw some movement at the both end of the hub (right and left side). Is that means that my hub are broken? Since my bike is new
they tell that you can't use it on other forks cause the formula forks have the positive chamber isolated from the others and uses a less aggressive oil. other forks use more aggressive oils and have channels between chambers that could get filled with neopos particles
Please help, I have a mtb 29r with 1 of these axels only I was having a lot of trouble with mine and my derailer rats around and I couldn’t get my wheel off at all now at Saul’s on salty the Allen keys, just go round and round in it and can’t get my wheel off whatsoever. Any ideas how to get it off please?
I installed *XC FOAM GRIPS* differently (Currently) Install on chucked-off *locking grips* (remove/cutting off all rubber = leaving only core and lock ring) Similar method to install (place cored locking grips on bars > liquid > force foam grips on) remove grips to allow it to fully dry. Reinstall *The Shadow Conspiracy Deadbolt Alloy Bar Ends* (protect foam ends from damaged) depending on style might need to create a hole on ends of locking grips easier on/off for standard maintenance ____ Installing directly on bars is annoying and *costly* (constant maintenance and moving grips) *easier to cut off grips* can't reuse

If i have the 7x7mm seatpost clamp two bolts system (front and and back) will the ovel 7x9 works without getting a adaptor like the ones on single bolt side system?
