Hi Wendy. The 3 counties in the Savannah Tri County area are Chatham County which has Savannah, Pooler, Tybee Island, Wilmington Island, Port Wentworth and Garden City. Then there is Bryan County which includes Pembroke, Ellabell and Richmond Hill. Effingham County is the 3rd one which includes the cities of Rincon, Guyton, Springfield and Clyo. Chatham County is generally " the city" so to speak and Effingham and Bryan County is more of bedroom communities "the country". I grew up in "Slowvannah".....these places you named are not neighborhoods of Savannah, they are their own cities and a few are in other counties, in other words they are "neighboring counties". The only official neighbor is Tybee Island which in the past was also called Savannah Beach.
Also Wilmington Island would be considered Savannah-ish, it's also Chatham county. Pooler has exploded and the 5pm traffic from Abercorn ext heading out is a nightmare.

Hey thank you for the comment. Rent is fairly high with not a lot of availablity. It just depends how big of a house and where but anywhere from maybe $1500 to $2500 a month. Buying a home is more affordable. Call me and I can give you more information 912-547-3296.
