great video. we went in for our "lifetime" alignment for a 2012 Altima. Camber was off. They said no adjustment can be made. I didn't believe it and saw your video. Now I know. Thank you
Very good Very good video excellent to point that out things mechanics don’t want you to know $12 dollar 😊people losing thousands I check that too mine is soaked and it sits straight up not sideways.
Nice video, if you want some unsolicited advise, you should put your parts numbers and descriptions in your video description. It'll help you get more views under search results. I know you show the parts numbers and explain the foam tape roll, but google won't pull that info from a video, but they will from a description. Good luck, keep up the good work!
It is amazing how you can find a video of absolutely everything on RU-vid, you need help with a piece of metal that 99% of the ppl won't see in their life, there is one guy on RU-vid that shows it
If in doubt from the middle out! Always remember that!! Don't matter what you working with! Torque spec is on google. Faster than what I can look it up LOL
Nice video! My client's own had a similar issue so I bleed the clutch and still to no avail. I've even replaced only the kit inside the upper clutch but the problem of a sponge clutch and no gear still persist. I've checked scrutingly for signs of leakage carefully while someone pressed the clutch, i found out that the down clutch nipple doesn't hold clutch hydraulic fluid! It goes out gently, and also the clutch fluid was replaced with a new one. Nevertheless, it's still very darkened in color. Please, how do I fix the issues? Darkened fluid, soft clutch pedal, and a most especially the leak at the down clutch bleeder or nipple.
I had a similar experience 2018 Ford Focus Titanium. Turns out the key fob I had was not functional. Went to the store. Was away from car for 1 hour. Came back, key fob did not work. Used physical key to enter car. Thought issue may be tied to car being in hotter weather. Power locks functional, car reporting No key detected. Placed key on center console key location, still no key detected. Went to nearby store & replaced fob battery, still saw same key not detected behavior. Got cab ride back to apartment, got spare key fob & returned to car. spare key worked for my case it wasn't a fuse issue. Hope this helps others, I recommend trying a spare key if seeing issues. Planning to get a radio frequency reader to test the bad key now...
Iam having the same issue with mi 2016 FF titanium, ive just replace the fuse and see if that works. I dont have the spare key, so i will have to buy a new one in case this doest work. I will let you guys know
@@andresgonzalezaraiza5994 Turns out my issue wasn't the key. Same issue popped up with spare key a 2 days later. Then when it did recognize the key it became locked up and I needed to have it towed after stopping for a red light. I had it towed to ford service center, will update with their findings.
@@look8766 what was the cost for replacing the fuse? Here in Mexico was 3 usd for the fuse and did it my self. I didnt have the opportunity yet to drive some miles to see if that helped. Please let me know if that fixed the issue.
@@andresgonzalezaraiza5994 Dealer comments after fixing "Customer states dash is reading key not detected. Replace 50 AMP fuse on battery terminal. Red Fuse, performed wiggle test on battery breakout junction box found 50 amp fuse blowing intermittently. Replaced and retest passed. 50 amp mini fuse replaced." Cost for me was $16 for fuse then $375 diagnostic + some other for general maintenance options in Seattle, Washington. nice job fixing yourself! I took the dealer approach so was expecting the big costs.
"lot of these bolts have thread locker thats it - the end. " I Love the dialogue! honestly! and the fact that you kept getting interrupted shows how much of a pain in the ass it is to do work sometimes! I found your video while researching the breakdown to do my truck and while its all pretty much what I figured it'd be; I actually appreciated more that you didn't spend a whole lot of time bashing the fact that its italian made, the position of where the sensor is is dumb, or that its not really an American truck anymore - it is what it is when you need to fix it.
I have both codes on my 08 FX35, Code P0011 and P0021, but my car runs fine, it is quiet and smooth, and the timing chain was replaced and looks fine, so what could it be? Help!
Its wire 2 black next drive side was broke🦾en so rasy fix 😃🙏🙏 u dont need to worries bout fuse its wire inside drive door the make it to short that way they should b lit bit longer inside door
Good video, you did not mention what you measured with the caliper i believe was de nut with the end on pinion wasn't it ? . I think for better job was to remove cover inspect and refill with new fresh fluid, thank you.
Great video, although I still made the same mistake you did getting an 8 instead of a 10 though in my defense I purchased it before watching this vid and the guys at Autozone cosigning obviously didn't help 🙄
You skipped the hardest part, getting the brake hardware on to the caliper bracket. Trying to figure out how all those clips are oriented, and getting the hardware on the dog ears of the pads is pretty difficult
@ralfsautomotive There is different hardware...some pads come with 4 identical springs to go on the 4 pad dog ears, others come with 2 springs and 2 squeelers that go into the 4 dog ears. Is it ok to just use the anti rattle springs and leave the squeelers off and put the pad dog ear right into the abutment clip track without the squealer
I have an 02 f150 obd reader says po306 #er 6 misfire & did the same thing your doing, but I checked all them unplugged them all and but its 7 that has no change when I unplug it and obd reader says #er 6 I had coils and plugs changed about a year ago or almost a year ago.
