@@saxazax RtL has a 1 second cast time and causes exhaustion. It could see some play being we hit outposts regularly to reset it, but everything to make it viable doesn't seem worth at the moment. I am however looking at E/A tactics for the Ascalon to LA run.
could save a sec or two if u dont wait for the third teleporter light to flash before tapping the switches. 50% of the time ull get the sequence right by chance on the first try. best left for the first teleporter in the run so its not too reset heavy
My objective was to reach all the outposts and mission outposts as fast as possible. The consumables help with cooldown reductions and various other effects. I also didn't use all that I could have so there is still more 'cringe' to bad had.
@@puo2123 it's perma without any. BU makes it recharge faster. Making it last longer doesn't make it any 'faster'. Being Zealous Renewal is a flash enchant and Pious is a stance, they are instant casts as well. However using a pie could help with Dwarven casts and reduce that cast animation saving a couple frames here and there
@@puo2123 I mean at this point I should also be using click to move as that will give me my most optimal pathing. There's a lot of micro adjustments that can be made to save time but I still think there's other changes I need to look over before I get that level of min/maxing
Nice run smiles, i feel you could of saved time on the route from augory rock to destiny's gorge by using the teleport pad that takes you to a portal pad near the diviners ascent gate, maybe wrong , maybe just me
If I was going straight to Elona, yes. But might be too much of a detour. All these teleporters make routing the desert rather complicated there is a lot to be learned still.
Damn. I really miss when GW1 was in it's prime. Seeing these video's give me overwhelming nostalgia and make me wish I could do Drok's, Grotto, and LA Tours from Ascalon. Take me back to 2008.
how do you kill justy? - his hundred blades is only doing 8 damage to you. - I tried, but for me its doing 40-50 per hit... I have blessed max armor. ideas?
Are you perchance doing it in HM? You wont be able to kill him then, he has far too much health, hits way harder, and same goes for all the Stone Summit. It is very important that all of the pre-bosses are done in NM. I hope this is the solution to your problem. Good Luck!

one thing i could see as a small improve, When your killing the Blood Drinker's, and kiting the wolfs. u could shadow step in to get more uptime on your stance dps. before u have to run around for wolfs. nice run man would wish to learn this but i just started again and i have zero cons :P and i don't have a ranger.. can u do this on a Assassin?
There's a lot more than drinker room that can be approved in this run. This was just my first completed run. I've thought about pushing for sub 20, maybe sub 15 if I'm feeling spicy. But we'll see. And it's been done on a Mesmer, but I don't think Assassin will have a strong enough Whirling to complete it. Or the armor to tank. You'd still be using the same amount of consumables regardless so you might as well go with the class that gives you a stronger Whirl.
im using this as a guide on how to learn myself how to do this on my sin :D havent played the perma sf since they nerfed it back in the day where it was much more op :P
it's a trick to un-glitch the terrorweb dryder. There are always 2 normal and 1 glitched. if you apply some degen (illusion of pain) and then pop a mini, the glitched dryder gets unglitched and can then be balled with the rest.
I just got back into gw 1 and I ran UW normal mode, on my R/RT, no cons. Takes about an hour:15 to an hour and a half. Sometimes it takes me 2 hours but thats when im taking my time with it. I clear most of the first chamber, run across the peaks clearing the wurms and charged blackness . To chaos planes, then I clear the entire planes. Im averaging about 4-6 ectos per run. I was wondering how many ectos your averaging from this run?
Stick to UW runs, he’s just doing this for fun and to set world records This run doesn’t make any money. Only place you can farm ectos is underworld which pretty much can buy you just about anything in the game lol
Ah man, 2009 when EoTN released. I did so many dungeon runs, mostly trying to get the Dryad Bow. Hundreds of runs not a single drop. The best weapons from the design competition was what everyone else was getting. Bone Dragon Staff, Voltaic Spear etc etc. Then they nerfed shadowform 😬
Great guide! One question, is there a trick to pulling Fendi all the way to the flame jets on his 1st spawn? Is it just random luck based on his initial spawn or is there something I'm missing? I noticed you use Heart of Shadow and the Dash just after the spawn. Does that help somehow?
When he spawns you have to make sure he spawns in your aggro bubble. Otherwise he won't pull that far. Sometimes if he spawns really back but still in your bubble he will break just before the jets

In a run like this we were more focused on time completion. No time to pick up loot and aside from the gaki stone at end there isn't anything else worth picking up
Thanks for uploading this. Running my Para through Factions atm I also never knew about the spot you had to stand. I always thought if you clipped through but didn't hit the portal, you had to re try.
