튀김 시간보다 튀김 색으로 보세요. 170도만 넘지 않도록 하시고 색이 먹음직 스럽게 나올때까지 튀기셔요. 튀김기가 아닌 이상 온도와 시간의 변수가 많으니 너무 높지 않게 예쁜색이 나도록 튀기시면 될거에요~^^

I made these. And instead of butter I used oil. I hand knidded the dough. But my dough was sticker than the ones in the video. It tasted great too. It was so fluffy and airy. I loved it. The only regret was that I should have made more batches.

Wow! The bread came out so good! This is the first time I succeeded in making bread. The dough was very sticky at first even with using the hand mixer, so I added some flour as needed. I was worried I will fail again but the bread was so tasty!

선생님,저는 시폰을 구울때 오븐 안에서 봉긋하게 올라오다 20분정도 지나면 봉긋했던게 평평하게 내려 앉는데 이유가 뭘까요,너무 속상합니다

Wonder where i messed Up. Dough is so sticky I barely get it out of the bowl. Added extra flour but now it starts looking like a pizza dough lol

모짜렐라는 무조건 냉장고에 넣어서 딱딱한채로 바로사용하세요 조금녹으니까 말려지지도않고 다부서짐

My dough is really sticky, what could I have done wrong? I usually use the breadmaker dough setting to mix it and rest. But every time is really hard to work with, I usually use oil, it comes out less fluffy too

The dough is super sticky. Add a little more flour and keep kneading. it took my stand mixer to mix for 30 mins. : /

Para el Tangzhong, mezcle 40 g de harina de pan con 200 g de agua en una sartén. Encienda el fuego medio y siga revolviendo hasta que la mezcla se espese y forme una pasta. Refrigere por 6 horas. Llevar a temperatura ambiente 1 hora antes de su uso. PASO 2 Agregue la harina para pan, el azúcar, la sal, la levadura seca y la leche en polvo a un tazón y mezcle suavemente con el gancho para masa. PASO 3 A baja velocidad, mezcle la leche, el huevo y el Tangzhong para que no se vea harina. PASO 4 Agregue la mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente y mezcle a baja velocidad. PASO 5. Aumente lentamente la velocidad a alta y mezcle hasta que toda la masa se pegue. PASO 6. Coge la masa y dóblala alrededor y por debajo formando una bola suave. Coloque la masa en un bol, cúbrala con film transparente y déjela reposar de 40 minutos a una hora. Pruebe la masa metiendo el dedo en el medio. Si la masa no vuelve a subir es que está lista. PASO 7. Dividir la masa en 2 partes iguales (en peso). Toma un trozo de masa y dóblalo sobre sí mismo. Gírelo 90 grados, colóquelo sobre la mesa y dóblelo nuevamente sobre sí mismo. Con ambas manos, moldea la masa hasta formar una bola. Repetir con el resto de la masa. Cubrir con film transparente y dejar reposar durante 15 minutos. Extienda cada bola de masa hasta quedar plana. Doblar y aplanar la masa usando tercios. Gire 90 grados y enrolle la masa hasta formar un rollo, pellizcando la costura. Coloca 3 masas moldeadas en un molde para horno y déjalas reposar durante 30 minutos, dejándola crecer. Hornear en el horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 25-30 minutos. Ingredientes PASO 1 Tangzhong: 40 g de harina pan 200 g de agua PASO 2 580 g de harina pan 60 g de azúcar 12 g de sal 10 g de levadura seca 10 g de leche en polvo PASO 3 260 g de leche 50 g de huevo Tangzhong PASO 4 50 g de mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente
