Can you explain why the wah wah part is necessary? How is it beneficial rather than just a clear tone? I just bought a wah wah stick because I was intrigued, and I fully believe in sound healing. But please explain about the wah wah part! Thank you!
128 Hz: thought to stimulate bone regeneration and is often used to help align the skeletal system and support physical recovery. 32 Hz: to help with deep tissue and bone stimulation, as it resonates with the dense tissue of bones. 6:34 Insomnia affects all chakras so it depends what the insomnia stems from. I would use 174, 396, and 528 hz

Vicky, if you were to play a, let’s say C note in 440 hz and at the same time play a C note in 432hz, one on the left side and the other on the right side, would that create a bi - neural experience?
Grateful For This Healing And I Accept.Had A Feeling Something Was Stuck In My Throat. If I Had Stayed Longer I Am Sure It Would If Cleared Away. Will Come Back Later. May God's Light, Love, Protection Remains With You And Your Love Ones God Bless 🙏🏻✨🧿❤️
This is such a great demonstration. I think most people forget about the way you can multiply or divide the sounds and the accomplish the same thing. I had never seen a set like that one you said isn't as effective with the super short times. Really interesting. I carry a 528 tuning fork in my purse with me and I use it quite often to cleanse a space if there's been a car accident or something super emotional and it really changes the energy quickly. And I will tell you, I get some interesting looks if I do it in public! And do I care? Not even a little. It's a case of sorry not sorry.❤
