A little more about me: I grew up in Baton Rouge and attended Louisiana Tech, where I received a degree in Marketing (1996.) I knew I wanted to pursue a career in real estate immediately after graduation, and I did. I moved directly to Destin the week of graduation and found that real estate was the perfect fit for me - it allowed me to help people personally.
Nice wine cellar.....NOT! Unless you want to absolutely destroy every precious bottle. Hello idiotic builders everywhere!! Wine cellars are supposed to be DARK. Not just high temps but light is probably the worst thing for wine. How do I know? Been collecting and tasting fine wine for over 30 years!!

With a over price of close to 40% and a high tax assessment and HOA .NOT TO MENTION A WHOLE ASSORTMENT OF HIDDEN FEES. Any one who buys any thing in Florida or any state in America is dumb.
Wood throughout is spectacular. One of the few houses that I’ve seen that I could walk right in and feel at home. That would be the exception of the art. Does have to be staged with something just not my case. Kitchen is just perfect countertops yes, yes, yes.
I love your house tours. But i really wish that you would leave the best parts of these beautiful gorgeous houses. To the very last of your tours leave your viewers excited to the very end.
Hi Blake. Watching your vids and it looks awesome down there. Are there any families with kids who live in Alys Beach (or 30A in general) or is it all retires and people with second homes who come down for the summer?
I've got over 5000 square feet. Today's market is way over priced and not worth it. Any one who's dumb enough to buy deserve what they get. This house is at least 20 times over priced. Wait till the bubble burst. Don't Buy in Today's market. Stop falling for realtors BS, there lieing to you.
I clean beach condos very close to here and I can attest that this house is as beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside! Love your videos Blake!
