@@niteobaby yes, almost all the homes are under contract to build out. All models are being built to finish and sell but the homes are selling during construction due to the high demand for homes in La Reserva West.
I would like to hear about the Marina. Are residents able to launch a boat? Is boat storage available? What are the costs? What are the monthly HOA fees nd are the marina costs separate? Can non-residents belong to the marina?

What a bizarre place. I guess it is 4 different houses with one old and 3 new ones. The design of the new ones is the strangest I have ever seen. Since it is on the south side of the lake it is not in a high demand area. I Googled it and they sent me to the wrong location but I found it anyway.
Hello Werner, yes it is quite an interesting property. Actually there are two new homes designed by an architect from California. It's a wooden home design but built with brick and cement. The other two homes on the property are older but built very strong as well. If you would like further information about the Blue Heron property please let us know.

Thanks for posting this. I’ve heard that runs are more reasonable in Chapala, and given that my Spanish is very good and my wife is a native speaker we are considering that as our first homebase in Mexico. The frosting on the cake is that we are avid cyclist and seeing this beautiful bike lane makes me happy
