I use tea tree oil foam eyelashes and eyelid wash to keep at bay stye and mites! Let sit 1 minute massaging twice a day and your extenstion will last foreva! ( Ocusoft demodex - We love eyes - naviblef )

basically ,, you just try to get the tweezers inbetween how many lashes you want , then insert the false lash .
