Cycle Speedway has occurred in the UK, Poland, Australia, USA, Sweden, and the Netherlands. It is affiliated to British Cycling as well. Tracks are situated in the UK from Poole in Dorset to Fife in Scotland, From Newport in Wales to Norwich in Norfolk.
A bit harsh for me. Given the conditions it's probably dangerous but as there's nothing in the rulebook to say you can't, I'd give a warning first to make expectations clear
