If you've got outdoor faucets like these, then you don't need to worry unless your piping is in an unheated crawl space, or is installed sloping upwards so it can't drain, because that is a frost free faucet that turns off the water further back in the valve so it drains and there is an air gap to prevent the faucet from freezing.

So long as you're clean, you're good. But if you're covered in grease and dirt, stained up ripped clothes, then you may have a problem. But last-minute requests can excuse much of that.
