If we are understanding your comment correctly. Yes, you can import your schedule from the Project Plan 3 or Plan 5 (formerly Project for the Web) Planner or into Project Online. If you are looking to go from New Planner back into Project Online - you can technically do that although we would want to understand the business case. To go from new Planner to Project Online, you would need to go from new Planner into Excel (.xlm file) then out to Project Online.
What version are you using? If you have a newer version - If you go to File and then choose Account (the lower-left hand side) and you will see the Manage Accounts button.
Hello there Nicholas. Please note that there is a 10 second audio glitch from 00:35-00:45 seconds which is noted in the video abstract. The remainder of this helpful video works fine from ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XPj66AZJNkQ.html. The publishing team has confirmed with RU-vid that the remaining video is good. Please make sure your internet connection is good and your audio is working. If you are still having issues, send us an email and we will see if we can post to another private server for you to download it. Our email is info@ppmworks.com. Thank you.
@@PPMWorks ya I lost my cool there, apologies. I clicked off, and thought the whole video was like that but am seeing your point now. Was looking for tutorials and couldn't find the one I needed and didn't have lunch, suffice to say I was in an angry mood earlier. We are good, thanks
Oh my GOSH thank you. I've watched multiple videos on Power Apps and none of them clicked until this one. Three years after posting and you're still helping noobs like me!
This video shows the ability to import an .mpp file into Project for the Web (which is now called the NEW Planner). If you are looking to import an .mpp file into Project Online (i.e. Project Web App or PWA) then you can just go to either use the File menu to open and save the .mpp into Project Online (or you can map the project fields when you save the .mpp into Project Online). Let us know if you have any additional questions. Have a great day.
Graphical Indicators can be set-up using enterprise fields basing the colors on criteria you choose. The most commonly used graphical indicator is a Red/Yellow/Green status for schedule, cost, and/or resources. This article what through a sample - which your Project Server/Project Online Admin could set up using an Enterprise Field. support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-indicators-09ee6a60-e171-431a-8e1d-58adc2a317cf
We are happy this helped. We enjoy the hero status and will continue to share our knowledge. Let us know if there is anything else that would have. Thanks for your feedback.

Great video. You are covering what seems to be very niche but fast growing Microsoft offering. I have ran into the issue of not finding an existing template for power apps project. I thought this would come by default but apparently not. How do I start to make this? Any help is appreciated.
The audio does seem to glitch from 00:35-00:45 seconds. However the rest of the video works fine from ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XPj66AZJNkQ.html. We will work with our publishing team to confirm future videos. Thank you
Thank you for the feedback. There is a 20 second audio glitch from 00:25 - 00:45. Please start the video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XPj66AZJNkQ.html. Have a great day.
I haven't even finished watching this video and I can tell you just helped me jump ahead by light years. I was struggling so much with my organization's (government's) interface, but your advice to start a new canvas from blank and other tips are priceless. THANK YOU THANK YOU! You da bomb.
Sorry to hear you experienced issues. Can you retry and make sure your internet connection. The team re-checked the video/audio, and the audio is working properly as is reflected by several of the positive comments below. Thank you.

A bit late, but hopefully I can still get help here. My project is published, and I can see the Planner button on my ribbon but cannot link to plan. Error on the left pane "The project and task must be published to use this command." What am I doing wrong?
I have managed to sync Project with planner but I do not see my newly added task from Project in Planner is there a way to fix it? how to make sure I am placing it in the right backet in Planner as well? by default it goes to the first on left? do I need to name bucket somehow ?
Good afternoon - please send a support request to "support@ppmworks.com" and the team can work with you directly to support our product. Wondering if you can help with something... I have an apply to each that is going through a list of selected records based on a condition and creating copies of those items in another list with some additional info (an automated archive process). The source/active record list has 5 multi-select fields. I used variables/selections/joins on the multi-select fields to concatenate those values and avoid 5 apply to each field loops nesting within my apply to each record loop. The issue is just with the output for the multi-select fields. Seems to be correct when viewed in the run history, but the values written to my archive list are incorrect. I can see the 1st record archived is blank in the multi-select field and the 2nd record archived has the value that should have been saved in the 1st archived record and so on... in this set of 26 records selected for archive, the other multi-select fields happen to be empty.
never mind I figured this out. my create item was not connected to my last set variable action within the apply to each record loop so instead of the create item running in a linear fashion it was running while my variables were still being set. very easy to not notice the last connecting arrow was missing since i had to change this to prevent all of the nested apply to each loops

@@junedshaikh2964 - yes both Microsoft project licenses (Plan 3 and Plan 5) provide the capabilities of creating baselines and view actuals vs planned.
@@PPMWorks thank you for your response. I have a plan 1 what measure or fields should I apply to manually create planned vs actuals in power bi template
Thanks Jenny for this video. Simple to follow. In terms of publishing. I want to create an app that is public facing. Is there licensing restrictions to do this?
Awesome tutorial and simple to follow! I was hoping you'd show the end result of the power app form once shared. Also, what would be your best practice recommendation if the existing data within the SharePoint list needs to be edited - can that be done through the Power App form or can only be done via the SharePoint list? Thanks!
Thanks for your comments! The end result is a full page Power App - great suggestion and we'll do that on our next video. Regarding the editable list, yes, but one would need to create a gallery in the Power App to accomplish this. Then you could link to the individual record you wish to edit via an EditForm.
