قبل أن أرى هذا المقطع و الذي يعكس أخلاق و تربية وليد اسماعيل . فقد كان لي تعليق على مقطع لوليد اسماعيل بعنوان تناقض ابن شمس الدين فيه النصح و التذكير بأخلاق الرسول و الصحابة و أخلاق أئمة أهل الإسلام و المسلمين و لكن يعجبني قول الإمام الشافعي. : ما ضر بحر الفرات ....................... و يخاطبني ...........فكل الذي قال فيه . و الشيخ محمد بن شمس الدين ذكره بقول الرسول بالنهي عن احتقار اي مسلم و النهي عن الكبر . فكان رده لا يليق بمسلم ثم ادعى ادعاء آخر لا يقل سوء عن رده بالأول عدما ايقن انه قد وقع و سقط و هو يعرف تماما حكم الشرع في ما ذهب أليه و هذا ما يُعلم من الدين بالضررورة . كل امرئ عائد إلى أصله و إن تخلق بأخلاق إلى حين ربنا لا تجعلنا فتنة للذين كفروا فلا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم رحم الله ابن المبارك حين قال نحن بحاجة إلى قليل من الأدب و الذوق أكثر من حاجتنا إلى كثير من العلم . من صفات أهل العلم الخشية من الله و الوجل . الله عز وجل و عد ان الدار الآخرة تكون للذين لا يريدون علوا في الأرض.. . قيل انّ من ضعفت حجته طال لسانه .
This information is very encouraging. My current gastroenterologist just wants to yank the gb, with no symptoms and multiple polys with .7 being the largest. I was told , “if this turns to cancer, your done in 6 months” After second US , polys are stable …please advise if any info can be given

@@yashchavan6653 I personally would do surveillance, as most doctors will want to extract the organ , for the cool 15k lol If their isn’t any gallstones or thickening of the gallbladder wall.. Make your health , the priority…. Everything else will fall into place . My first gastroenterologist advised me “ you don’t need a gallbladder “ I found a second opinion and gastroenterologist
Only TRG needs to be given or we can actually restage from T3 to T2 based on response? Need clarification if in a T3 disease, post treatment all the tumor is T2 hypo suggestive of fibrosis, so should it remain T3 disease with 1/2 TRG or it can be downgraded to T2.
I am from Washington. I am so happy today because I am free from Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
