This movie is a great lesson for why you shouldn't be a liar. Jason Shepherd wouldn't have had to go through all that trouble to redeem himself if he had just been honest. Honesty brings trust. You really can't blame his parents and teacher for not believing him. He always lied about everything, and then supposedly he suddenly is telling the truth. Jason dug his own hole, and as a result he's the boy who cried wolf. He's just incredibly lucky that this is a movie and he could go on a wild adventure to redeem himself. In real life he would have had to just suffer through summer school and that would have been that because he would have no one to blame but himself. It was his own lies which came back to bite him.
Nowadays not much. I won't hate. They can hate me but I can only love them back.... It's Christian law however she isn't however I am white. If I was another color I can't say . I was called a wigger once. (white guy supporting Dominique Dawes..) in 1996.. Which is apparently going on right now yet again. Punish the losers over something someone else started. :( didn't we fight a civil war over this?? Japanese loved the Whitewashed Ghost in the Shell ... Mainly because they know nothing about Racism. Japanese Americans however were offended by a white actor playing a Japanese role....
I told my team leader one day, that I got an interview with pakenham police station and she told me that I was going to become a P*** now. And then apologised profusely.
Angry yes, but to physically attack her like that, no. You have to remember, in soccer leagues like this, let alone any sporting event, unless it's hockey, boxing, or wrestling, the league has a zero-tolerance policy for fighting. And, like her coach says: "You're lucky they're not suspending players in this tournament." Personally if I was her coach, I would be telling her how unprofessional, selfish, and immature it was for her to lose her cool and get herself ejected. I want to tell her how maddening it was to have to watch her team pick up her slack after she left them shorthanded. In other words, I would tell her: "I understand why you did what you did, but it doesn't make it right, and you're TOO valuable to your team to get yourself tossed." What I'm trying to say is, there are better ways to handle incidents like this and I feel she made the wrong choice and it could have cost her team the tournament.
What Robert ment the pre dupectant gestures after when we once lived that about showing that McMahon split screen last whattro there vinnie trump shave 5 o so do about showing dogs in snow With of weak bob the builder for besides over ace ok gosho
This is the most disgraceful display I have ever seen in soccer history! You're supposed to learn how to be citizens and sportsmen, not hooligans! I am suspending this game for one week to give you a chance to cool down! The game starts over next Sunday. That is if, by then, any of you decide to grow up!
@@darkdreams3090 Thank you. I'm not going to Japan. We've gotta play soccer. What are you talking about? And Samuel, just what were you looking at when you were supposed to be kicking the ball at the goal so hard? Does this mean no Japan? Hey, it may not be a lot of things, Michael, until you guys decide to grow up.
I don’t see how that would be the same thing since Irish are no longer discriminated against. I am Irish or part anyway but I don’t think in these times anyone cares if someone is Irish.
My grandfather was Irish and he fought in World War Two. Despite this, he was not allowed into some pubs for the next 45 years of his life because he was Irish. People need to remember all types of discrimination.
Irish people are still discriminated against in parts of britian. Mainly in Scotland And this movie is almost 20 years old. After the troubles in the North, irish people were generalised as terrorists Could have also been from the North of ireland and discriminated against by prods
@@MinimalistTheatre333 Omg no way!!!! That's so sad to hear! My father is Indian and always told me in the 60s he wasn't allowed in the some of the pubs or had to come in through the designated back door. I never even considered that anything similar would have happened to the Irish! And especially your grandad who helped in the war aswell!! Thank you for sharing that info x
Not true. Discrimination still exists even it's not sanctioned by the law. Just because it's a lot less doesn't mean it's gone. Irish very much face discrimination.
Could've been worse. Look at what Materazzi said to Zidane and this is pretty mild. Zidane after Materazzi fouling and grabbing his jersey: "Hey relax. If you want the shirt, I'll give it to u after the game." Materazzi: "Nah. I rather have your sister. I heard she fucks like an Algerian whore." Zidane: *Headbutt* gets a red card
