Mi dedico anche alla riparazione di apparecchiature di vario genere oltre che alla costruzione amatoriale di attrezzature... Quindi ogni tanto potrete trovare anche video non inerenti la meccanica o carpenteria, il mio consiglio è di guardarli lo stesso, del resto ogni giorno c'è da imparare cose nuove!

Si è un ottimo sistema, anche io avrei fatto uguale ma il secondo foro sul carrello (per facilitare lo spostamento della seconda chiocciola in fase di registrazione) lo avrei eseguito leggermente asolato. Comunque complimenti per l'ottima esecuzione. Un saluto da Roma 👋👍👍Poi se fattibile con l'aggiunta di due cuscinetti reggispinta sulla vite senza fine diventerebbe perfetto...

At the 7:00 mark, why did he put a dead center in the chuck and turn the shaft between centers? The end of the shaft is not tapered, why not just put it in the chuck?

Hi, if I had placed the piece to be machined directly on the spindle, I would have obtained a cylindrical machining, at most a taper obtained thanks to the inclination of the turret.... However, to obtain long tapers, it is necessary to offset the part starting from the spindle and then offset the tailstock, with this tool, the work is much quicker!

DRECHSLER arbeiten mit einer DRECHSELNANK, meist mit Holz DREHER arbeiten mit einer DREHBANK, mit verschiedensten Metallen, vorwiegend. Nur mal so wegen der Richtigkeit....

Ciao, l'omcn 113 porta 1500 kg, invece il 112 porta 1200 kg, se non ricordo male utilizzano quasi tutti i componenti identici sul pompante, ma il pistone ha dimensioni diverse... se non l'hai già fatto, dovresti chiedere il kit alla casa madre e se ti dovessero dire che non hanno più ricambi per quel modello, puoi sempre andare con tutti i componenti "smontati" da un rivenditore di materiale per oleodinamica o meccanico di mezzi agricoli! Comunque sappi che tutti i componenti come o-ring e cortechi sono ancora in produzione e utilizzati in moltissimi modelli di pistoni, quindi sapendo le misure di tutti i pezzi, puoi reperirli abbastanza facilmente.

The idea is best, realizing is the worst. In this configuration magnetic shunts don't need, and as is was told below, the gap is unappropriated. And there doesn't need to weld, it is enough to to tight with metal string.

Эм, а просто пройтись резцом по ржавой трубе? Там всё равно каверны остались, имхо резец сделает то же самое но ровнее, быстрее и без вреда для станка.

Do I see a bit of cheating going on here? I refer to the the hole in the side of the inner part which is threaded to secure the cutting tool. In the video it shows a hole being cut which is larger than the others in the side of that piece, but the hole seems to have miraculously shrunk to the same size in the finished article..

Maybe you should wear glasses before writing! I carefully checked both part 1 and part 2, everything is correct, without magic or miracles... however you should at least point to the video fragment indicating in what minute-second you see these discrepancies.

I’ve been internal and external cylindrically grinding such bearings for over 40 years, much, much more accurate. The way I seal the bearings excludes all contaminants, including coolant, so the bearings remain perfectly clean.

You can start by drawing the polygon on a sheet of paper, but if you want to be more precise just follow this simple formula: Area = P * a/2 (the area is equal to the perimeter multiplied by the apothem divided by two). Clearly, having the apothem, you can also trace the measurement of one side, making apothem / 6. apothem = the side length * 0.866 (the fixed number).
