If you are paying child support you should study every aspect of it. it was originally created to target minority communities, removing fathers from their homes, and making the fathers criminals for something which is actually only a civil offense. it was born out of racism and It is also 100% sexual discrimination, 2 totally different sets of laws for the sexes. Lawyers are officers of the court just like judges, clerks, and prosecutors. They also swear to the same oath of office which places them on their team What health and human services need to do the most is to actually promote child welfare. We need family law reform. The Federal Child Support Training Manual needs to be abolished. A new plan where every cent of every dollar actually goes to the child. instead of the county municipal corporation taking a sizable cut. the judges are involved in conflicts of interest caused by performance Rewards of Federal Grant Money after reaching a percentage of support revenue that's right, actual federal incentives to destroy families, There are also stipulations that are sickening. The courts say they are trying to keep families together when that law says if they provide certain types of counseling like marriage counseling, domestic and sexual abuse counseling they don't qualify for the federal grant money, And every single day, The Judges, lawyers, and clerks hold kangaroo courts with full judicial cognizance that they are committing multiple felonies while acting in an Executive capacity, performing ministerial duties, making judicial rulings from the bench, and making decisions reserved for a jury. by issuing final judgments on a case they brought, The court issues a criminal summons for a civil offense for a case they filed that they rule on and issue a final order. That doesn't even sound right because it isn't. Nowhere does the Federal Rules of Civil or Criminal Procedure allow for that. They actually show that it is illegal. And Any alleged order not having the clerk's seal, signature and not entered onto the face of the record is void, , all writs from courts must have a judicial seal and signature, and under CPLR 5016 all money judgments must be signed and entered by a clerk. FCA 460 requires an official seal, signature, and entry. therefore all orders of support are forgeries of official instruments of commerce. These Judges jump back and forth between Executive and Judicial roles during the kangaroo court. The support orders, garnishment orders, and everything involved with the forgery of those instruments is criminal activity, producing official documents requiring recording with public office, as an incomplete written instrument.

I believe because he was misdiagnosed for over a decade with lyme disease, that he would still be here. Lyme disease can create all his symptoms, including memory loss. I would really like to see his family sue the doctors that misdiagnosed Kris. Then, create a Fondation in Kris's name for patients that have been misdiagnosed and lost their life because of it. 😢 I realize this won't bring Kris back, but doctors need to be held accountable. I met Carrie and the scar is noticeable under her nose. Its ever so slight but a tiny bit lifted so Im sure she had something done to her lip because the cut was all underneath her mouth and cheek.

I didn't know he had lyme disease either until this video. He may have had a better chance at living longer if he had been diagnosed properly 10 yrs ago. Lyme disease took his life, and the Dr's are trying to say it was dementia from head injuries playing football, and boxing. That's just bs. If he was my family I would be contacting an attorney and holding those drs accountable. I loved him in, A Star is Born. He was spot on with his character, and he and Barbara's chemistry was a vibe. He wrote so many songs. What a great legacy of song, film, & memories he left us.
