Do NOT try a heat gun on the Brown Plastic. You will destroy it. I own a brown interior T3 since 1998 and tried a couple things already. The plastic refresh stuff like from DrKoch, Nigrin or other are the best Ou can try. Nice Bus.

Great to have a project! Always missed my very old T4. Looks a great bus . Issue. 10 is great btw. We are selling up and travelling in the motorhome full time and my Renault trafic day van is going into storage. We were thinking about renting a property in the Pyrenees and I wondered if you had any advice on that? Thanks Dave

Really stoked that readers are also finding the videos :) The Pyrenees really is a fine choice. Do you know what area in particular, or just getting some ideas right now? I live in La Cerdanya, have a check on that. More expensive than some parts but we are really well connected to Barcelona, Girona and Toulouse if you need access to cities and airports. Nature wise, you won't go wrong with most places. It's really beautiful out here. Have a look at some of my other videos as I have filmed a few places now. Lovely bus! I have an ‘83 nearly identical but previous owner removed all the seats in back. Lots of room. Spain looks amaze….we thinking of moving abroad. The grind stateside not doing it for me.
Spain is super chill, let me know if you do come visit. The vanning here is great, and very relaxed. But it's hard in the summer once things heat up ... But the way of life is very nice, and loads of culture!
Never seen this color combination. Nice catch. With the front under bumper/splitter operation I would wait. It works as air dam. It improves stability in highway speed (around 110-120km/h) and reduce fuel consumption. Just slightly. For stereo you can look at Blaupunkt. They do retro series. Areacamper seems to be good shop for T3 parts in Spain Good luck!
Great to know about the newer range from Blaupunkt, they look pretty neat and would tie in nicely on this bus. Will start with painting those big bumpers raptor black and see how they look ... Cheers!
Great tour and intro. Love your enthusiasm.. I look forward to seeing how it develops! I’ve gone from a T5 back to a 1990 vanagon westy .. love every trip out “2500 miles through Europe last year no problem” These come with fitting brackets for 3 point seatbelts behind the panels 👍🏼
