That was great! I'm glad you were able to see the nostalgia train even though you didn't get to ride it. I thought the shot of the R46 entering Broad Channel next to the Nostalgia Train was pretty cool, too. I also liked the ending clip where you filmed your R211 leaving 34th Street and another one entered by surprise.
@EmeraldCrimsonShadowPeach2K5 Thanks man! Fun fact, I also got an R211 on the way to Broad Channel to change for the shuttle! And there was an R211 meetup again at Penn Station where the train to Inwood came before mine and it was an R211! Then as that one left, mine came and it was an R211!
This was great! The R211s are truly amazing trains! I also used to live near the Beach 98th Street Station before I moved to Long Island in December of 2013! It's such a shame I missed the Rockaways Nostalgia Trip this year, though.

Sorry about the glare. The window I was sitting at on the NJ Transit was very dirty. NJ Transit should clean their windows so that it is nice and clean for passengers and railfanners to look out of.
