I did all this but now printer will not print, was printing before toner ran out. The control panel is showing jobs but they won't print.

Thanks for the video. I was cleaning the wrong bit originally! In my case using a dry swab and changing cartridges didn't fix the problem. I eventually used rubbing alcohol on a swab, the printer fired up and spent 2 - 3 minutes making a chewing/whining noise, then worked again!

Thank you very much, this old disabled Army Veteran appreciates it when people take the time to make a good video where you are able to see what you need to see, I was finally able to see how to orient the cartridges to insert them back in after having a paper jam and had to take them out to get to the paper.

Does that white strip on the front need to be removed? My printer which is new keeps saying remove tape from the k cart and I've done all that

I've just put in a new cartridge and it's showing that it's printing, but the page comes out blank.

Wow! This has half the views of the last video pertaining to this printer. Am I that ignorant? Not being able to figure this out, without a video, has not yet taken place. Because, when I attempt to "unlock" the toner cartridge, the whole carousel wants to rotate. Sh!t...this means another video... Oh! And pertaining to the manufactures suggestion to replace the cleaning pad when changing Black... ...there must be, obviously, of course there is, a new cleaning pad in the Black toner cartridge box. ...or am I missing something? Thanks for the video Mr inktoner. Or should I just call you, "247"?

I replaced the cartridge and it just prints blank pages, I took it out and reinstalled and the same thing. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. I'm at a total loss. Can you assist me?
