Hi Kubas, thank you. Probably my own fault, my clutch hydraulics seems not to bite aggressively enough for my modulation of the accelerator and it probably overheated... ;) On the second run I was more careful and the clutch did hold the torque again.
Sadly from 2027 on the Bundesabgasbespaßungsverbotsverordnung will bann all fossile cars from German roads and the EU will bann all tires and brake pads due to dust!

Das ist ein komplett originales Auto, gefahren zwar durchaus mit Vollgas aber nicht drehzahlmäßig bis in den (nicht vorhandenen) Begrenzer gedreht... Viele Grüße
Pure Engine Sound..... normal sind das Video wo Motoren bis in den Begrenzer gefahren werden und nicht easy vorbei Cruisen. Ich kann auf jeden Fall nichts hören. Thanks for your comment. The engine is self built. In our German Alfa bulletin board www.forum105.de the rebuild and tune of the engine is well documented. I rev it until about 6800 1/min.
Hi! Thank you! The engine is a slightly modified 2 liter Nord, I would say a hot-street setup. Nothing too fancy and home-built with some 11mm cams, forged pistons, China-rods, balanced crank train, modified ports... There is a detailed documentation about the rebuild of the engine (in German language) in our bulletin board www.forum105.de Never been on a Dyno with this setup though, this is still in my bucket list. On this channel you find a Dyno video of this car from 2009 where it put out 135 HP and 180 Nm. Still the same block and crank train, but everything else changed...and it should put out some % more by now, but I can't prove it... Regards, Clemens

The Alfa sounds better. A friend has a Dino coupe and while it sounds good, definitely different, the Alfa wins hands down. I have a 81 GTV6 waiting for a 3.0 so I am totally unbiased 😁
According to the new BABVVO and TEBBVO laws in EU soon all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime (Bundesabgasbespassungsverbotsverordnung & Transporttourismusemissionsbeschränkungsbundesverordnung).
Great car control! You never overdid it, respect for your discipline. I would have fallen into some curves faster for sure what can be ok for lightweight cars, but your tactics paid off: slow in - fast out is always better at the end! Congrats from an MX-5 owner 🙂
