I was a vendor who worked in Horween leather and I'll never forget it. No question the company produces premier and matchless leather products like the pigskins for NFL footballs. This video doesn't come close to capturing the real Horween experience. I wanted to work in the hide trimming dept. That probablky would have meant a long apprenticeship because it was a highly skilled position. I don't think they were hiring at the time. My best wishes to everyone there.
I have always heard just how great this leather is. Never touched or seen it yet. Just ordered some from District leather and cannot wait to get it. Great vid.👍 No prob hearing it.
Remember when Guttman leather was across the river from them they shut down in November 2006 open since 1878 after 128 years in business following the exodus of near by heavy industries such as A Finkl and sons A Lakin and sons and sims metal scrapyard as of 2016.
Really, I heard it just fine. No issues whatsoever. And I enjoyed the background music. Could’ve just increased the voice volume. But to say you couldn’t hear it…?
Mixing too loud and the rack focusing (blurred camera work) to prevalent in video. Horween and shell cordovan are synonymous with quality. To bad the video is not. Should be re-done. Video is recognized as your brand these days.
